Office Manager

The Other Foundation seeks to appoint an office manager who will be responsible to ensure the provision of a high quality of management of the Foundation’s facilities (including maintenance); support human resource management activities; support financial accounting; manage office technology services; manage health, safety, and security (including fire and other risk mitigation and management); manage the organization’s supplier database; mange key suppliers of office-related goods and services; and undertake event and logistics management including the coordination and/or execution of arrangements for hosting internal and external events in the office.

This successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development of the Foundation’s eventing space into a viable income generating asset for the Foundation and manage bookings, maintenance, adherence to terms and conditions, invoicing and payments, setup and dismantling, and efficient operation of the eventing space.

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in an office administration role with a demonstrated track record of strong project management, planning, and coordination skills.

Remuneration: A competitive remuneration package, commensurate with skills and experience, will be offered.
